Rental Cashflow Stress Lab
Compare rent, occupancy and fixed-cost assumptions. See losses, cash flow after debt service and the occupancy needed to avoid a deficit.
All starting numbers are synthetic. No market forecast, country tax presets, uploads or payment actions.1. Set explicit annual assumptions
Use one currency. Fixed costs stay due even at zero occupancy. Debt service is subtracted after the simplified tax calculation; interest deductions, depreciation, loan balances and equity returns are not modelled.
100% rent/cost level keeps the annual values above; 125% means 25% higher. Occupancy is a uniform annual fraction, not a seasonality forecast. Maximum 10 scenarios.2. Compare the outcomes
Break-even is an approximate continuous threshold before cent rounding, after the entered annual debt service. More than 100% means the scenario cannot cover costs at its current rent capacity. A threshold can yield zero surplus without any positive profit.

Use Payment Milestone Studio to plan acquisition installments; it does not supply rental assumptions. Compare the arithmetic with the explicitly synthetic yield scenarios, or read NovAsia's rental yield guide.
